The Kitagwenda district education officer Sedas Asiimwe granted bail.
The Kitagwenda district education officer Sedas Asiimwe was on Tuesday released on bail.
Asiimwe was picked and arrested by the team from State House Anti-Corruption Unit and was later arraigned before the Kamwenge magistrate court for prosecution and was remanded until February28,this year.
During a court session at Kamwenge magistrate court yesterday, the grade 1 magistrate Moses Kule decided to grant bail to Asiimwe pending further prosecutions into the matter and will be returning to court on April25, 2023.
Asiimwe is accused of forgery and uttering false documents.
