STOP DOING EVIL,COME NEARER TO THE LORD,CHRISTIANS URGED
Christians have been urged to stop the evil they are used to do and come back to the Lord.
The call was yesterday made by rev.fr. Eradius Tairo the parish priest st. Charles Lwanga Bubaare catholic parish while leading a mass that marked Ash Wednesday.
He noted that during this Lenten season Christians should reconcile with God and neighbors by avoiding common evil they are used to do.
He added that Christians should reflect back on their actions that do not glorify God, avoid them and return back to the Lord during the Lenten season.
Fr Tairo further challenged Christians to go extra miles in prayer during this Lenten season if their prayers are to be more valuable compared to the ordinary time.
