BE INVOLVED IN GOVERNMENT PROGRAMS,PWDS TOLD

People With disabilities PWDs in Ishongororo Sub County, Ibanda district have been urged to embrace government programs aimed at lifting their livelihoods.

The call was made by Meridiana Kyasimire the vice chairperson LC3 Ishongororo sub county while speaking during the distribution of scholastic materials that were donated by Scovia Twinamatsiko a councilor representing people with disabilities.

She noted that government considers people with disabilities in all programs such as parish development model, Emyooga, and youth livelihood.

She also asked them to demand for their rights in accessing government services such as health and education.
