While speaking at the function during the commissioning exercise, the Mulago National referral hospital administrator and the member of Rotary Club Kololo Kampala, member Dr. Rose Byanyima noted that they had planned to fund for the construction of more than the items commissioned but they were constrained by Covid-19. She asked the public to ensure the project is sustained in order to attract more donations.
