Christians have urged to bear their crosses if they want to be successful in their families.

The call was today made by rev.fr.Cyril Mujuni alias Kadingidi the curette Karama worship center while leading a mass to mark the Solemnity of the Annunciation of the Lord at St.Charles Lwanga Bubaare catholic parish.

The mass also marked the climax of renewal of the Legion’s act of consecration to Mother Mary known as the Acies, Latin for “a standing army,” which professes their allegiance to Mary and Jesus.

Fr. Cyril noted that bearing one’s cross is a sign of victory to every Christian who believes. He asked them to follow the example of the cross that Jesus Christ bore but redeemed people after resurrection.

He further asked Christians especially the legionaries to love one another if their families are to last long.

Brother Martin Bambeiha the president of the legionaries of Mary Bubaare Curia commended the parish priest for facilitating retreats that enable Christians to renew their spiritual life.

Rev.Fr.Eladius Tairo the parish priest, who survived an accident yesterday in kiruhura narrated how the power of God protected them against the accident.
