A NEW INSTITUTE OPENS IN KAMWENGE

EDUCATION.

Following a demand driven by the public in Kamwenge over lack of high institutions of learning, stakeholders have combined efforts to establish Kamwenge institute of management and health sciences.

Apparently there is no permanent institution offering higher education learning activities apart from the few offering study centers, Team University and Mbarara institute of social development.

According to Amos Musinguzi the academic registrar Kamwenge institute of management and health sciences and Team University Kamwenge study center, the institute which is yet to be legalized, was established due to lack of institutions that forced them to go elsewhere.

As part of support Ambrose Kabango Byoona a prominent business man in Kamwenge donated 200 bags of cement to help in construction works at the institution. Rev.sr Mary Kyomukama noted that the cement is a push for the institution.

Sr.Mary noted that the institution will help many to upgrade studies hence development and production.
