PRIORITIZE EDUCATION,KITAGWENDA RESIDENTS ADVISED

EDUCATION:
Residents of Kitagwenda district have been urged to take education as a priority if they want to succeed in development.
The remarks were made by Joan Asiimwe a member of the Kitagwenda development think tank (KIDET) who also intends to stand on the district woman Member of Parliament pos, while commissioning the two boreholes that she donated to residents of Mahyoro and Buhanda sub counties.
Her concern followed the backdrop of performances in schools in Kitagwenda district as well as increased school dropout rate.
She noted that education as of now is a key factor of development which the community should embrace.
She however asked them to hold their leaders accountable over failure to lay strategies to support service delivery development such as performance plans.
