Kamwenge district Secretary for Social Services, Fred Mbonigaba has directed district inspector of school –DIS and the whole department of education to make a report on schools especially private schools that close the term contrary to the ministry of education and sports calendar.

Mbonigaba who is also the district councilor representing Kahunge sub county said these basing on the circulating rumors that some private schools open the term one week before the official opening and close three weeks before the official closure which he identifies as cheating parents indirectly.He therefore asked the education department to start inspecting schools and any school found to have closed before the official date will be brought to book for explanation or else face closure.
