A thirty seven year old woman who gave birth to twins on her previous birth, on Monday April 22, 2024 gave birth to Quadruplets.
Juliet Amumpaire, a wife to Leonidas Abenaawe, both residents of Kategure cell, Kayenje ward, Bufunda Division in Ibanda municipality went into labor at Mbarara regional referral hospital on Thursday evening at around 6:00pm and through cesarean section, she delivered four girls yesterday.
Kayenje ward area councilor, Winnie Mulindwa Kobusingye who spoke to our reporter shortly after the news said it was a blessing in the area before calling upon well-wishers to help the family to raise the children in good health.
