FINALLY, THIRD TERM OF EDUCATION ENDS

EDUCATION: INNOCENT
Third term for the academic year 2024 which commenced on Monday September 16, 2024 officially came to an end yesterday Friday December 06, 2024.

The term which involved several examination series including; Primary Leaving Examinations, Uganda certificate of Education Examinations, Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education Examinations, and promotional exams lasted for 80 days.

Our reporter visited some of the school administrators where Night molly, the headteacher Keihangara primary school asked holiday makers to start small income generating businesses as a source of upkeep for next term.

At Kajwamushana primary schoo, John Arinaitwe the deputy head teacher asked parents to teach children domestic chores as one way to keep them occupied during holidays.

At Igorora Day primary school in Igorora town council, Francis Mujuni the deputy head teacher implored parents to nurture their children into responsible Ugandans.

First term of the academic year 2025 will commence on February 03, 2025 according to the Ministry of Education and sports calendar.
