Use Ramadan to pray for the nation,Ibanda Muslims urged

With just a few days to end of Ramadan, Muslims have been encouraged to work for God and make use of the holy month to pray for their nation.

The call was made by the Ibanda District Khadi, Sheik Yusuf Kalule while presiding over special prayers of fasting at the premises of Hon Jane Brinomugisha’s home in Ishongororo cell Ishongororo town council where hundreds of Muslims turned up to pray to Allah.

The prayers meant to bring Muslims together and to have a good working relationship.

Sheik Yusuf Kalule commended the family of the Ibanda district Woman Member of Parliament for the good relationship they have with the Muslim community.

Meanwhile, Hon Jane Beinomugisha who donated goodies shortly after prayers called for peace and unity among the Islamic faithful if they are to live a harmonious life.
