SCOUTS’ CAMP START IN IBANDA

Ministry of education and sports in partnership with Uganda Scouts Association   has organized a three day scouts and guides camp.

The camp which involves activities like outdoor education, leadership training, and community engagement, started yesterday and will conclude on Sunday 15^{th at} Ibanda Kibubura integrated primary school play ground.

Speaking to Rwenzori FM Eiraka Radio Robert Kakooza district executive commissioner in charge of scouting said that four schools including Ibanda SS, Alliance SS, Oxford SS and Kibubura girls SS are participating with the aim of selecting a team that will represent the district in the national level due to take place on August 21^st 2025 t0 August 30^th 2025.

Some of the students attending the camp told our reporter that they will use the days to make friendship and innovative skills to help them in future.
