Rubaya woman councilor donates solar panel and pigs.

Parents at Ruhunga primary school in Rubaya Sub County, Mbarara district have a cause to smile after receiving a 500 watts solar panel from hon.Loydah Muhimbura the district woman councilor Rubaya sub county to help them establish a boarding section.

Hon.Loydah Muhimbura during a meeting held at the school today donated the solar panel and 30 pigs to help the school and parents improve on academic and economic standards both at school and homes.

While handing over the 30 pigs and the solar panel, hon.Loydah Muhimbura said she was compelled give out the pigs and the solar panel after realizing that some of the parents were needy and had failed to raise school fees as well helping the school to establish a boarding section.

Robert Niwagira the head teacher said that the solar panel will help them to establish a boarding section next term which can help to improve the performance.

Some of the parents commended hon.Loydah for her support that will boost the economic standards of the parents as well as improving the academic standards.
