OVER 3000 GRADUATE AT IBANDA UNIVERSITY

Over 3000 students graduate at Ibanda University during the 8th graduation ceremony.
Of the 3161 who graduated and awarded with certificates, diplomas, bachelor and master’s degree in different disciplines, 1892 are female while 1269 are male.
Speaking as the chief guest, the permanent secretary ministry of gender, labor and social development, Aggrey David Kibenge called upon graduates to have value proposition and brand such that they can win in the job market as products of Ibanda University.
Presiding over as the graduation main celebrant, the University chancellor Prof. Venasius Balyamureeba called upon them to go to the community and identify challenges and opportunities and transform communities.
He also called upon them to not only have the academic papers but also apply the acquired knowledge to field.
The vice chancellor of the university Prof. James Samson Opolot called upon all stakeholders to continue working hard.
Meanwhile; giving keynotes, the guest speaker Rtd Gen. Edward Kale Kayihura recommended the founders of Ibanda University for the project and addressing challenges of community.
