OVER 100 NRM CANDIDATES PICK NOMINATION FORMS IN IBANDA.

Over 100 aspirants have so far picked nomination forms for NRM flag bearers on the district councilors and mayoral posts in Ibanda municipality and district.

According to the NRM road map, picking of nomination forms started on Monday 2^nd June 2025 and will close on15th June 2025. Nominations will begin on June 16^th and close on June 30^th 2025. Polling day will be on 16^th July for MPS and 24^th July for LCV chairpersons, district councilors, and mayors.

Our reporter has taken keen interest to find out the turn of candidates who have so far picked nomination forms.

According to the Ibanda district NRM registrar Gloria Tushemerirwe, over 100 aspirants have already expressed interest by picking nomination forms from most sub counties apart from Ishongororo town council.

She has called upon those who are interested to aspire to utilize the remaining days and pick nomination forms before time elapses.

Clinton Nahabwe who picked forms for district councilor for Bisheshe division said he is ready to serve people.
