Speaking during the ordination ceremony at Kamwenge catholic parish yesterday leaders led by the Kibale county Member of Parliament Eng. Cuthbert Abigaba Mirembe noted that the Catholic Church in Kamwenge has done a tremendous work in developing the area.
Cuthbert said the church has established schools, health center, technical institutions and water extension which have seen the area develop.
He also commended Bishop Muhiirwa for a diocese that trains disciplined and God fearing priests.
The RDC Kamwenge district Byarugaba Isaiah Kanyamahane castigated people who spread false rumors about ADF rebels saying they should leave the maters to the security agencies.
