Kitagwenda town council mayor Turyamureeba Patrick has tipped parents on how to safeguard their children during this holiday.

The Mayor for Kitagwenda town council Mr. Patrick Turyamureeba Payi has called upon parents in Kitagwenda district and the country as well to protect their children in this long holiday and stop sending them to their relatives.

Payi made the recently while speaking as the guest of honor at Kabale Parents primary school in Ishariro village Kabale ward in Kitagwenda town council during the parent’s day, speech day and graduation of top class candidates.Mayor hailed the director for the vision of starting the school saying that it is no longer his school but for parents and community hence calling upon parents to support the school.

He said that young children need role models such that they can be motivated by their fellow.
