Kitagwenda health workers warned against poor customer care
KITAGWENDA
Leaders in Kitagwenda district have warned health workers against mistreating clients who seek services in public facilities.
The leaders led by the LC3 chairperson Kitagwenda town council Patrick Turyamureba alias Payi and Mikdad Byamukama of Ntara Sub County, made the remarks yesterday during the official launch of a CT scan at Kicwamba health center in Kitagwenda town council.
Patrick and Mikidad noted that most health workers have got poor customer care towards patients which reflects a bad image government.
Patrick vowed to work together with management of facility and parish council to lobby for the improved services and upgrading.
He urged political leaders to work together in fighting corruption that has hampered development in the area.
Efrance Kenyonyozi Atwongyere the LCV NRM flag bearer commended Kicwamba parish for supplement on services in the area which promotes development in the district.
