KAZO DISTRICT LCV BOSS CONDEMNS GOVERNMENT LAND ENCROACHMENT

The Kazo district chairman Rev Samuel Mugisha Katugunda has condemned the ongoing encroachment on government land in the district.
Katugunda said this yesterday during the Kazo District Local Government Council that laid the 2025/26 financial year budget at Kan House Conference Hall in Kazo town council.
In the meeting chaired by the council Speaker, Dan Nahura Bwamunyoga and the Deputy Speaker Leah Munene, the education department took the lion’s share of 42.4% of the budget followed by health with 18.7%.
The district chairman announced progress in reclaiming the land in Buremba town council that was encroached on by former sub-county chairperson, George Ruyondo.
