HIGH SCHOOL DROP OUT REPORTED IN KAZO

The number of school dropouts in Kazo district has increased in 2024 compared to 2023.

This has been disclosed by John Bosco Tumwesigye the Kazo district inspector of schools during an exclusive interview with our reporter.

Without mentioning statistics, John Bosco noted that the number of school dropout in Kazo district has increased in 2024 compared to 2023.

Johnbosco attributed the increase to poverty among parents who force their children to get married for bride price among other reasons.

He warned parents against trampling on children rights to education.
